Submit Nominations: Platinum Jubilee

To mark the 70^th Anniversary of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II’s accession to the throne, the office of Hon. John McKay M.P. will be presenting a limited number of Platinum Jubilee Pins.

This award honours the service of an individual who has gone the extra mile, takes initiative, and serves as a positive role model within the Scarborough - Guildwood community.

A maximum of 20 recipients will be presented with the pin and certificate. If you know someone who has made a significant contribution to our community in Scarborough-Guildwood, we invite you to nominate one exemplary volunteer by following the link below.

Nominees must be individuals who live, work or attend school in Scarborough - Guildwood.

Please complete this nomination form no later than Monday June 6^th, 2022 (late submissions will not be accepted).

Selected volunteers will be presented with their certificate and pin at an event in June (date to be announced).
