 Daniel Kapella
With expertise in sales, operations and general management, Daniel Kapella serves as Chief Supply Chain Officer for Jersey Mike's Sub. His accomplished career includes record breaking sales, volume & profitability performances in the foodservice industry.
 Victor Ravago
Victor Ravago is co-founder of Bravo Hospitality Group, a hotel company built, in part, to be a platform for economic growth opportunities for individuals of diverse backgrounds. In addition to the day-to-day management of Bravo’s portfolio, projects, and development, Ravago serves as treasurer and finance chair for the Center on Halsted, Chicago's largest LGBTQ community center. He also is on the board of United We Dream, the largest youth-led immigrant rights organization in the United States.
 Julie Silverman
Julie Silverman is Vice President at Associated. She is the Franchise Lead at the firm and focuses primarily on collaborating with both Franchisors and Franchisees to help them with all insurance needs across the board. Some areas of focus are thoroughly reviewing coverages, contracts, assisting with safety and training through risk mitigation, and finding the right Employee Benefits Programs to offer to their employee landscape. She has a myriad of resources internally and externally to help bridge any gaps her clients need. The end goal is to find the most comprehensive, compliant and cost-effective solutions for each and every client.
Julie currently serves on the Board of the JCC Chicago and the Camp Chi Alumni Committee. She helps raise money for scholarships for undeserved children who have the desire to go away to summer camp and other meaningful areas of help for the community.
Julie is a graduate of the University of Illinois and attended Loyola University in Chicago for graduate studies. She and her husband live in the Chicago suburbs and have two children. In her spare time, she enjoys food, travel, watching sporting events and being in the great outdoors.
