Signing up for this email list is not the same as applying for Mutual Aid. You must still submit a separate application.
To be eligible for Mutual Aid, individuals must meet all of the following criteria:
Identify as BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, Person of Color).
Must be formerly incarcerated and have been incarcerated in a Los Angeles County prison or jail.
Must be a current resident of LA County.
Note: Only one application per household will be accepted. We are unable to accept applications from individuals residing in a transitional or halfway household at this time. Individuals may apply for Mutual Aid once per year.
