What's been going on at Our Gabled Home?

With the spring weather in full swing, we have been very busy in our garden, including planting new vegetables. I can't wait for the rhubarb, tomatoes, and all the berries that we should be getting!


Ancient grains are so much fun to work with. Even though Einkorn can be a bit finicky to work with, this pie crust is so tender and flaky that we can't get enough of it. 

  


I love making foods from scratch and generally being in the kitchen. With that comes dishes and clean-up. Watch my latest video of my evening routine, including some kitchen hacks and tips:
