Purple Magnolia

Purple sugar snap peas are part of Pete's crop plan this year at Canara Farm. The variety grown is called Purple Magnolia and is the first ever purple sugar snap seed to be available on the market. This is the result of a 10 year breeding trial in Oregon from the USA. These will grow into colourful pods which are sweet to taste and can be enjoyed raw or cooked.
