Important Changes
Thank you for letting us know you will be continuing with your twincomm.ca email address(es).
The Twincomm Email Agreement has been created and is attached here Twincomm Email Agreement (select to download) Please complete the agreement and return to us no later than May 25, 2022.
In the agreement, there are a few details to note:
- Upon cancellation of email or internet services, payment for the remaining year, be payable in full.
- In the event Twincomm no longer can provide services, the agreement will become null and void.
- We have listened to your feedback, and have updated the terms from a three year term to a two year term.
As of July 1, 2022, the costs for the Yearly twincomm.ca email service will be as follows:
- Email address - $72/year plus tax/email for a two year term.
Invoices will be emailed on July 1, 2022 and July 1, 2023 for email services until June 30, 2024. We will renew the agreement before July 1, 2024 and contact you to see if you are interested.
Please note, the Twincomm Email Agreement will need to be received no later than May 25, 2022 to continue with email services.
If this is in error, or you have decided you are not interested in continuing with your twincomm.ca email address, please let us know. You still have the option to move to a free email address such as @gmail.com. You will have access to your Twincomm email address until May 26, 2022.
Email addresses will be removed from our system shortly after May 26 if a Twincomm Email Agreement is not received. Contact us if you would like instructions to transition to a new email address.
