OSAA Band Championships
We hope you can join us for a very special performance the evening of May 14th at Oregon State University. Please find our ITINERARY and the OSAA SPECTATOR INFO. Tickets must be purchased digitally through the link provided in the spectator information document or this link.
Our performance at the PIL Contest earned our ensemble the opportunity to perform on this stage at Oregon State University. Not only did our ensemble meet the Superior Standard required via adjudication, they also had the highest score of the day to make them PIL Champions. Performing at the OSAA State Band Championships, which only has 20 6A bands, is a supreme privilege.
The Cleveland band has been "seeded" into the 7:00 pm performance slot, which is the last session of the day and the 2nd to last performance of the evening. We will be performing in a session with West Salem (State Champion 6 of last 7 years), Sherwood (perennial top 5 band) and Mountainside (placed 4th their first year in existence, then COVID). This is rarified air for a PPS school, and I believe this band will prove to everyone that they deserved this slot.

Jazz Lab at Mt. Hood Jazz Festival
As the first 2nd jazz band from Cleveland performig at a jazz festival since its inception in 2017, the group received great feedback from the judges and were only 5 points away from receiving State Qualifying scores for a 5A band. A GREAT day for Jazz Lab. Well done!

Call for Photos and Videos
The band has an album where photos and videos are shared with the community. We don't have a lot of performance videos in the collection unfortunately, if you have any, please share them, along with photos, here: https://photos.app.goo.gl/d5qnrehtN8CJYuLs8. Much appreciated. Thank you!
