Please join Nonprofit Connection Santa Cruz County (NPC) for an hour-long, interactive, and honest session on Wednesday, May 11th from 11:30 - 12:30. Nonprofits are invited to share their efforts to survive, respond, and thrive during the last couple of turbulent years of a pandemic, wildfires, and an uprising demanding equity. The goal of this event is to learn from one another's challenges and build from our successes. The session is free and open to the public. What old practices did organizations abandon? What new practices will be carried forward? Have job responsibilities changed? What training needs emerged? Building relationships – how did organizations facilitate effective outreach/stay connected to staff, clients, and donors? NPC invites participants to register and join online, and come ready to listen and share.
