The theme for this year's
Mental Health Awareness Week is ‘Loneliness’. Long-term loneliness is closely linked to mental health problems so we'll be offering a range of activities aimed at improving staff wellbeing and encouraging conversations about loneliness.

free series of online talks this spring, which give an insight into issues such as self-harm and challenging behaviour. They will be of interest to those who work with children, as well as teachers and parents.
