Camp Looking Glass Summer Counselor Positions Open

In addition to her faculty position at U-M, Natasha Abner is also a volunteer director at a summer camp program for people with disabilities in Mississippi. The camp is currently recruiting new counselors for its 2022 camp session. Camp Looking Glass is a non-profit that provides year-round recreational activities and free sleepaway summer camps for people with disabilities deep in the heart of the Mississippi Delta. Our program is entirely volunteer-run and no one pays anything to participate. We have limited openings for new volunteers for our 2022 summer camp session and we'd love to bring you into the Camp family! Funding may be available to help cover travel costs to Mississippi. Our new volunteer application can be downloaded here, and you can also find out more about us by visiting www.CampLookingGlass.org or checking out our YouTube channel. You can also send any questions to Natasha Abner (nabner@umich.edu), director of Camp Looking Glass.
