We are so excited to have you on this journey with us.

We started Freelance Writers India as a way to vent our frustrations with the state of publishing and journalism in India. But it has since grown to become a supportive and engaged community.

For the past one year, we have been building towards Syaahi, a home for meaningful, radical, and disruptive narratives.

We are eager to grow our small independent publication- both digitally and in print! Syaahi hopes to encourage both prose and reportage.
