Course commences on 16 May 2022
 
SARRAH Leadership Program has been designed specifically for AHPs in rural and remote settings.
This program will assist to develop your leadership toolkit to help you to become a successful leader and  an agent for change in the rural and remote health landscape of Australia.
The course has been built around four key topics:
  • Leadership Vs Management
  • "Being" leadership
  • "Doing" leadership
  • "Maintaining" leadership 

At the end of the course, you will know how to:

  • Engage with others and understand networks of influence that support and enable leadership
  • Develop leadership skills and devise clear pathways forward
  • Develop the skills needed to advocate and contribute to broader conversations concerning health delivery and outcomes in rural and remote areas

Course delivery and requirements
This course will be facilitated via an online learning platform, and includes.

  • Four interactive online sessions
  • Approximately 20 hours of online activities
  • Two networking events
Course delivery Dates 

From 16 May to 1 July 2022.

Course Fee: 
The full cost of the course is $1000(+GST) and $750 (+GST) for SARRAH Members.
