Celebrate World Trails Day - 4 June 2022
Share your love for trails on social media with #WorldTrailsDay
We invite all members to celebrate World Trails Day with friends, family and your trail communities. Together take a moment to recognize the value trails bring to our lives. 

Going for a cycle? Doing a trail clean-up? Out for a hike? Repainting waymarkers? We want to know how you chose to celebrate—please tag us on social media @WorldTrailsNetwork, use the hashtag #WorldTrailsDay and join the global community of trail lovers observing this day and National Trails Days celebrated on the same day in various countries.

Showcase Your Trail at the 'Trails of the World' Open Session 
Speaker proposals deadline is June 13, 2022
The Trails of the World Series is one of the most lively and inspiring sessions of the World Trails Conference. These fast-paced presentations offer space for every trail at the conference to introduce themselves or provide updates on exciting new initiatives. Submit a proposal to join this session now before the deadline closes!

Proposals for the 'Trails of the World' and all other sessions of the World Trails Conference are due by June 13.

Registration and Payment for Conference Tickets 
Early Bird prices end 1 July 2022

Members of World Trails Network pay this discounted rate for the conference, so if you are not a member, join now. If you have pre-registered, we will be sending you a direct payment link via email or you can pay for your conference ticket below. Early Bird rates are +/- $86 for network members and $110 for non-members. After July 1, 2022 members will pay $110 and non-members $140. Virtual attendance is free for members and $35 for non-members.

2022 Trail Ambassadors at the Conference
Applications Now Open — Young Leaders for Trails
The World Trails Network and its International Task Team on Trails & Knowledge are seeking inaugural delegates for the Trails Ambassador program, a  global collaboration of young leaders contributing to trails from around the world. Applicants must be 21-35 years old to qualify and are encouraged to apply by June 15, 2022 as scholarships for the World Trails Conference are limited.

About the World Trails Network

The World Trails Network was founded in 2012. Since 2015 it has been a non-profit association in Geneva, Switzerland. The Network is the largest globally representative and dedicated trails non-profit organization of its kind, consisting of trail organizations and professional trail experts, working collaboratively for the enhancement and betterment of trails around the world.

The network hosts the biennial World Trails Conference, established in Korea in 2010, and is also the convener of the Trails Film - World Trails Film Festival, and the Trails & Beyond online magazine amongst other projects and initiatives. In 2022 the network will launch World Trails Day.
