Dearest Ones,

Greetings beloved community. It was wonderful to see many of you at the 13 Hands concert last Saturday. The acoustics of our studio never fail to impress everyone. Musicians and music lovers alike sing its praises and we all received a powerful sound healing that night. There were so many wonderful original ballads and favorite chants, and we learned some new chants, accompanied by the guitar, harmonium, steel and pan drums and other exotic instruments. But the highlight of the evening for me was the most beautiful song Daniel composed for his Mother who recently passed: I don’t think there was a dry eye in the house. I just know the song will become a classic favorite, sung at millions of memorials around the world in the future, filling sanctuaries with music so moving, it forms a bridge straight to our loved ones on the other side. It was an honor to be one of the first to experience it live. We look forward to sharing many more concerts with you in the studio very soon.

And on that subject, we are excited to announce that we will celebrate the full moon in person in the studio, as well as simulcast online toward the middle of June. The theme will be abundance and the date, time and other details will be published in next week’s newsletter. This very special event will feature a prolonged and intense going bath: Cate and I (Savitri) will play the full array of sonorous gongs that Jacob played during our last gong bath for a healing trip to Infinity. We can’t wait to gather with our community again for this special time together. Pray Tuned.

We are also pleased to share another wonderful blog article from our beloved Amanda Sobreyra about how Kundalini Yoga can improve your joints:

Kundalini yoga provides wonderful kriyas to support and prevent joint issues. This is because movement allows the synovial fluid and nutrients to move around in the joint cavity. Cartilage tissue not does have blood vessels to supply nutrients to itself. So the articular cartilage found in synovial joints are nourished by the synovial fluid. By really moving each joint in its full range of motion on a regular basis, the fluid is moved and circulated to remove waste materials and introduce nutrition components such as omega fatty acids to rejuvenate the tissue.”
