Hi Everyone,
This week's Spoken Cycles Winter Series race is scheduled for Sunday the 29th of May and is based at Goodwood School. We will be using the Fencourt Rd, Aspin Rd, Flume Rd circuit with 3 x 14km laps for A-D Grade, two laps for E Grade, and one lap for Under 15's.
Registration will be open from 9.30 - 10.20 am with Under 15's ($2) starting at 10 am and Grades ($10) at 10.30. The finish line is approx 200m from the Fencourt / Flume Rd intersection and we ask that spectators don't park their vehicles on Flume Rd as there isn't enough room and increases the risk for our riders. You can either walk from the school or park on Flume Rd.
When you've finished your race, please turn right at the T intersection and head back to the school to return your number - do not congregate on Flume Rd as it is a tight sprint finish and we need all the room we can get! And... a gentle reminder that once you've crossed the finish line and we've recorded your race number and time, do not 're-cross' the finish line.
Please respect the school property - we will have a rubbish bag available and will be leaving each venue in a clean and tidy state, so do your bit!
