- Assist the Chair in finding qualified candidates to fill vacancies on the Board of Directors
- State Regulatory Specialist (2022-2025)
- Track state regulatory issues of importance to members
- Serve as the liaison to the state licensure board
- Consumer Protection Coordinator (2022-2025)
- Monitor consumer protection issues and their impact on members
