Let’s Plant, <<First Name>>!

Welcome everyone to the first week of our spring 2022 planting season! We have A TON of work to do and are chomping at the bit to get out there. PLEASE join us! Volunteering to build these gardens is absolutely the best way to learn how to do them yourself. You will learn the plants, the techniques, the tools and the hows and whys. You’ll also get to experience just how quickly positive change can take place when you work together with others. So come along. I personally would LOVE LOVE LOVE to meet every single person on this volunteer list this spring. Can we do it?!

No gardening experience or knowledge is necessary, only a love of learning and a desire to make the world a better place, one person and one garden at a time.

If you would like to attend, please reply with a “YES” and the day(s) you would like to attend. RSVP is not required, but is certainly helpful.

Bring garden tools (shovels, spades, trowels, etc) if you have them. We are slowly building up our inventory and hope to be able to provide all of our tools soon. We will happily accept tool donations.

Covid numbers are rising! For the sake of everyone’s health and comfort please bring a mask. We will have extras. I am fine working outdoors without a mask but keeping everyone happy sometimes requires that we do things that stretch our own comfort for the sake of others. I’m ok with that in the masking department. Please let us know if you’d feel more comfortable with everyone masking.

And let us know if you have any questions.

Parker Residence

Come to our Little Neighborhood Native Plant Sale hosted by Adapt Community Leader Jonathan Parker. We have about 1000 native plants that need to find good homes! This is a donation based sale - take what you want and give what you can. Proceeds will go toward restoration efforts at Molin Natural Area and Adapt: Community Supported Ecology.

Meet Adapt Community Leaders, get plants, talk gardens, go for a hike in Molin and see the impact that dedicated stewards can have in preserving and restoring biodiversity.
