San Angelo City Council to Consider $6.75 Monthly Street Use Fee

The San Angelo City Council meets in special session Tuesday to conduct a strategic planning meeting which includes a possible 'Street Use Fee' of $6.75 per month added to residential water bills to pay for street maintenance. That's an $81 per year increase in your residential water bill.

The driver crashed the truck through a ranch perimeter fence before several occupants bailed out of the vehicle. A search of the stock trailer revealed 25 illegal aliens, to include two unaccompanied children all illegally present in the U.S. Agents searched the surrounding area for the driver and other suspects; however, none were located.

Another cold front will drop into Texas Tuesday bringing rain chances to the eastern counties of the Concho Valley.  A trough will develop to the west on Wednesday and current models show it capable of producing .5 to 2 inches of rain but that's on the upper end of what will actually occur.

John served his country honorably for over 28 years. Enlisting as a Boatswain’s Mate, later receiving appointment into Warrant Officer program in 1966, an elite group known as “Mustangs”, retiring with the rank of Chief Warrant Officer 3.
