Refuse & Resist Cases: Making the Case to the Court
June 21, 2022 | Webinar | 11am-12pm MT
Custody cases are particularly challenging as family court professionals’ endeavor to separate fact from allegation. When children present with resistance to spending time with one parent, lawyers, custody evaluators, and courts look for the reasons why and then try to find solutions for the family. For litigators, it can be a matter of proving to the court that one parent has undermined the relationship of the other with their child. Through this webinar, participants will learn more about the complex aspects of refuse/resist dynamics and how to develop strategies to present to the court to best meet the needs of the families embroiled in litigation.
