This webinar will be a new version of RUP concepts about the nature and impacts on relationships when there is a role power difference. This will be a new take and review for you if you have taken the Core Training or read the RUP book. It will be a chance to explore this topic experientially if you are new to RUP. What is role power and what impacts does it have? What are the responsibilities? How can you use it well? What are the traps you can fall into? How can you feel empowered in both up-role power and down-role power positions? Experiential practice and discussion.
