Joe Kochan to Lead National Spectrum Consortium (NSC)
This month, the NSC announced Joe Kochan, US Ignite's former CEO and active board member, as its new Executive Director. Regarding the role of government in spectrum issues, Joe said in a Light Reading interview, "The government can define the problem, the government can set the rules, the government can fund the R&D. Ultimately, they rely on industry and academia to say, 'We think we have some solutions'."
