New Neighborhood Plans for Frog Hollow and Upper Albany!

Do you live in the Frog Hollow or Upper Albany Neighborhoods?
The City of Hartford, the Frog Hollow and Upper Albany NRZs, and KDI are developing a Neighborhood Plan for Frog Hollow and Upper Albany that is driven by the local community’s vision for their neighborhood. Neighborhood plans help residents and stakeholders identify community priorities and goals in order to shape future development. We need your input to make sure the plan we create is holistic and suited to Frog Hollow and Upper Albany residents’ needs now and into the future. You are a critical component in achieving this goal! We are currently in the Visions planning phase where we are asking you, the residents, to let us know what the future of your neighborhood looks like.

If you’d like to find out more about the current phase of the Neighborhood Plan, upcoming engagement events/meetings, or would like to leave some of your comments and concerns, please visit https://neighborhoodplanning.hartford.gov/ or email jessie@kounkuey.org.
