Join us for our annual Shalom Summer Breakfast on Tuesday, June 7th beginning at 7:30 am in the Shalom Dining Room. Our guest speaker will be Dubuque County AmeriCorps Land and Water Steward, Olivia Dove. Olivia is a native of St. Louis and loves the Cardinals (baseball team and the bird). She graduated from Missouri State University with a degree in Wildlife Conservation and Management in May of 2020 and has since served as a Green Iowa AmeriCorps Member until recently when her term with AmeriCorps ended this past May.
Olivia will share with us her passion for caring for our common home along with some of her experiences with AmeriCorps. Most importantly, Olivia will talk about how faith has played an important role in her passionate care for creation!
