Film on the Farm: Where There Was Once Water
Friday, June 3rd  |  6PM |  TICKETS
Join FARMstead ED and Hartley Farms in San Miguel as they host SLO County resident Brittany App for a very special screening of her acclaimed documentary,
“Where There Once Was Water.”

The evening will kick off at 6PM welcoming ticketed guests to enjoy the farm for BYO picnics and local libations followed by a discussion with panelists representing an extensive knowledge of SLO County water issues. The film will be shown immediately following

Rescue to Ride
Horse Rescue Sanctuary Tour & Vine Trail Ride

Join us for a unique experience learning about the amazing horse rescue work Redwings is doing and then take in the Central Coast vineyards on horseback

The Day at a Glance:
Start the morning at Redwings Horse Rescue & Sanctuary with a  walking tour - meet their Ambassador equines and emjoy hands-on interaction

Then head to CASS Winery for a Trail Ride through the vines lead by Central Coast Trail Rides

The end of the trail will be lunch & wine tasting
at CASS Cafe & Winery

Teat to Table 
sold out in record time and was a day to remember!  We started by learning to milk a goat for our coffee klatch. Intros to the new "kids", alpaca & pot belly pigs were followed by Tina's cheese making demo. The best part was getting to play with our food (as we love to do!). A delish lunch by Ancient Peaks & Love.Joy.Eat.Catering.

Beneficial Garden  
Tours and hands-on learning presented by Simone & Yvette at the Educated Gardener taught us the value of planting the growie things that attract important beneficial insects to  promote natural pest control and pollination, as well as beauty. Bottom Line: We need to Plant These to Save the Bees (& butterflies!)
