Lots of exciting things happening at Integral, with some very important updates! Please read on for info on the adults' student and coach showcase, the kids' and teens' showcase, July school holiday bookings, and Term 3 bookings and pricing. We also have some important reminders regarding our Kiss & Drop Policy and lateness.
Remember, your Term 2 booking does NOT rollover, you must rebook! We try our best to do what's fairest for our current customers as well as those who missed out or are new to Integral. We wish we had unlimited aerial points to fit in all last minute bookings but alas, we do not!
Term 3 2022 will run for 10-weeks, beginning Monday 18 July and ending Sunday 25 September.

Adult Showcase: RevolutionAir!
We are super excited to announce our adults' mid year showcase, RevolutionAir, which for the first time ever includes some of our performance class teens! Exploring past, present and future revolutionary acts, it's bound to inspire young aerialists and amateurs alike. School Holiday Workshops: 4th -14th July
Our two weeks of July School Holiday workshops are also open! There are classes for 8-12yrs in the mornings, and 13-17yrs open training (by invitation only) in the afternoon. Book now to secure your spot, and bring a friend who's been dying to try it out! Kids and Teens Showcase
It's been a long time since we've had a kids and teens showcase due to the general chaos of the world, so we're itching to have our next one now that we can welcome audiences back. Get inspired by coming to our adults show, and then get ready for the end of Term 3 Kids and Teens Showcase on 1st October! Tickets will be on sale soon, so make sure to save the date for now!
This means that in Term 3 classes everyone will be working on performances and choreography, increasing their skills and creativity even more. We're hoping that this also makes the very busy end of the year a little bit easier for our staff, students, and parents, as they navigate Christmas, summer holidays and various social events.
While participation in the showcase is absolutely not compulsory, it's highly encouraged as it's lots of fun! If your child would like to sign up for Term 3 and not do the show, that's perfectly okay. They'll still be working on aerial skills and increasing their endurance as they learn the aerial choreography alongside their peers - they just don't need to attend on the day of the show.

8-12yrs showcase approx. 10am - 12:30pm
5-7yrs and 13-17yrs showcase approx. 2 - 4:30pm.

How To Book Now for Term 3
Before booking, we want to let you know that this term classes will be priced at $279 for the 10-week term. This is a price increase of 90 cents per lesson. Integral has not had a price increase in five years, and unfortunately the cost of running business has increased significantly - we deeply appreciate your understanding in this! Discounts for multiple bookings are still available; read on for more.
ONLINE FORM: We take both Active and Creative Kids vouchers at Integral but please remember to send them prior to booking if you'd like them to apply. We will process it within 48hrs, and apply the credit to your account, so that you can use it to complete your bookings. We've added extra reminders across the website and created a handy form for you to fill in to make it easily accessible. Trying to enter the code yourself online directly in Bookeo won't work.
Step 2: Parent NSW Vouchers and Discover Vouchers (expiring this month!)
EMAIL US: We are still accepting Parent NSW and Discover vouchers for our programs, provided you get them in before the expiry on 30 June. If you would like to use a discover voucher, please come into the studio before the term ends, as we need to scan your voucher in studio. Parent NSW Vouchers can be emailed to hello@integralaerial.com but they must be emailed ASAP, and at the latest by 29 June for us to have a chance to process them. For more info on redeeming Parents NSW vouchers see our earlier email.
Step 3: Twice Weekly Discount Code
INSERT CODE AT CHECKOUT: We offer 10% discounts for customers who have multiple children attending during the week, or a child attending more than one lesson. Remember to enter the code KIDS_TWICE as we will strictly not be able to refund payments or partial payments after booking is complete.

Wintery Weather and our Kiss & Drop Policy
We have decided to reinforce our Kiss and Drop policy in the studio. While we’ve had this informally in place for a long time, as we approach Winter and know we’ll need to have the warehouse door closed more often than not, we wanted to reiterate this. If you could please just drop your young aerialists in the studio that would be greatly appreciated. Then, in the final week of each term, everyone is welcome to stay and watch the class in full. This not only avoids unsafe congestion in our carpark (we only have 4 spots available unfortunately), but helps children concentrate better and get the most out of their aerial classes being 100% present and focused.
As the weather is getting cooler, we remind parents that children need to be there when warm up commences. This allows for proper warm up and mobilisation of all their limbs to allow their bodies do some pretty amazing and tricky moves in the air! We will unfortunately have to turn away children if they arrive 10 minutes or more after the class commences as they would not have enough time for their bodies to warm up, which increases the risk of injury.
Our studio can get pretty chilly so we encourage layers of clothing to help ensure aerialists stay warm. Please remember no zips or buttons on any clothing as they can damage the integrity of our silks! A handy hint if you are buying new leggings for your children; the less slippery feeling they are, the better!
A reminder that we encourage our parents and students to be extremely cautious around the very busy Integral car park at drop off and pick up times. Neighbouring businesses with lots of big boats and cars are open and moving vehicles around in the afternoons. Please ensure you are watching out for other people and cars as you walk/drive through the car park, and always wear shoes to and from the studio.
