Our “Kind of Yoga” is significantly different from all others in our area. It is Yoga for the Nervous System. If you want to benefit from yoga, but have been reluctant to try, we are the place for You!!! 6+1 Movements of the Spine
We would be delighted to have you join us for the 2nd half of this extra special series at a reduced rate of $50.
***We have been receiving wonderful feedback from those participating and wanted more folks to benefit!!! We are developing core & deep center line strength, and freeing up fascia while caring for our spines.
There is space available in all our evening classes. We continue to offer reduced class sizes with distancing and have a window to bring in fresh air.

Yoga on the Beach Scoop
Wellness in Motion’s 1st Mindful Triathlon at Tussey Mt. had a wonderful turnout on an extremely hot day. There was much fun to be had!!! In the Spirit of Bloom Yoga & Wellness; Sharon, Mary, Mary Jo and Erin enjoyed volunteering at the event and visiting farm markets in the area afterwards.
