 These early weeks of summer are so fun!  There are weddings, graduations, and other happy celebrations. The community also livens with many great ways to connect.

Save the Date! East Side Live will feature the Rockville Swing Band June 26.  Details to come.

  VILLAGES UPDATES 
 

  Nibble and Sip Event!

                       The KFNV invites all King Farm community members—21 and over-- to this wine and cheese reception. Membership is not required for attendance.                                    
   
Thursday,
 May 19th from 6:00 to 8:00 pm 
 King Farm Community Center, 300 Saddle Ridge Cir, Rockville, MD 20850. 

The KFNV requests that all participants be vaccinated according to the Centers for Disease Control COVID recommendations. Wearing a mask is optional.

Nearly 30 neighbors gathered to learn more about what a village might look like for the neighborhoods of College Gardens, College Square, Haiti, Plymouth Woods, Regents Square, West End and Woodley Gardens. The Rockville Villages Quarterly Forum will be held
Wednesday, June 22, 6:00PM at the Rockville Senior Center. 
Don't miss this opportunity to learn about a special village model from a seasoned Montgomery County village leader. A light dinner will be served.  Space is limited. RSVP is required!






 

Village Recipe of the Month!  


Feta & Spinach Stuffed Chicken

3/4 C. Crumbled Feta cheese
1/2 C. thawed chopped spinach (squeeze dry)
3 T. cream cheese
2 cloves minced garlic
EVOO
4 (6oz) boneless chicken breasts
*Preheat oven to 450.  In a bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. Cut a lengthwise pocket into the chicken. Stuff each pocket with the spinach mixture. In an ovenproof skillet, heat the EVOO on medium-high and cook the chicken for 4 minutes each side. Transfer to the oven and back for 7 to 10 minutes.
