Hello,
The twelfth physiorun knowledge bomb arrives today.  A whole year of content and running based information created by a runner for runners.  I have enjoyed delving further into the running world from trainers to injuries, races to nutrition, travel tourism to training plans.  The journey has been fantastic.

The next year brings new services and delivery of new classes.  The latest tool for injury prevention and performance enhancement is to build on "Unlace the Brace" and create the new "Foot Fundamentals".

For me, the study of the foot has evolved over 7 years and now is completely different from when I left university.  It's exciting to have the passion and thirst to keep on upskilling to provide the latest information. The latest exercise approaches for runners to manage heel pain, achilles pain, calf pain and foot pain.

As a celebration of the launch of the Foot fundamentals ( a subscription based service ) I have included a trial of the classes that will be available through the Physiorun Resource Centre

How Far Can You Run?

I recently had a wonderful experience of running as far as I could in 12 hours on the Formartine & Buchan Railway Line.  Pretty much everyone I spoke to thought this was wild, crazy and did check that I was feeling ok.  I learnt a lot about myself through this journey.

The body is capable of many things - how much is too much, how far is too far?  We have to initiate authenticity by pushing our boundaries.   Challenge yourself - what can you achieve?  

There are many upcoming introductions to the wonderful world of ultra running including:- 

The Moray Coastal Series and The Saltire 24 

Both the above options have relay options.  How far can you run?  You never know until you give it a go.

 

The Foot fundamental series will be updated weekly with new classes that test the lower limb.  The classes are easy to follow and beneficial for both injury prevention and performance improvement.

Along with the Foot Fundamentals you will have access to all blogs, classes and ebook series in video format to use wherever and whenever you wish.
