On June 7th 18.00-19.00 CEST (Berlin) we will be hosting another webinar on mapping the city!
What is mapping and why is it useful?

- Berlin is a particularly diverse city—people from 192 nations live here, which means there are multiple "worlds" in Berlin.
- Services are celebrated in around 35 different languages on Sunday.
- At least 12 different languages are used to preach in the mosques on Fridays. The map shows the 115 mosques in Berlin.

To reach people from all nations with the Good News, we need access points. These can be religious buildings like Mosques, Buddhist temples, synagogues and more. Or you look for cultural associations, ethnic restaurants, shops, schools in different languages. Personally, this knowledge helps me a lot in prayer to know more about my surroundings. For instance, take a look at just a section of Neukölln.

Which ethnic groups actually live in your area? What cultural centers are there in the city? And with which cultural communities can you work? Or how do you find material in their languages?
While we won't be able to answer all of these questions for you, in the upcoming mapping webinar, we will show you where to find these answers and how to contribute the information you gather as a way to help others. From 18.00-19.00 we will look at these tools together. In the training you will learn the basics how to add data, so that you can map YOUR city or area.
After the close of the webinar at 19.00:00, we can offer individual analyses for those interested in their own residential area in Berlin. Your address will not be published—we just need to know your neighborhood/Kiez.
