Asian Business Collaborative is proud to announce the New Mexico Asian Film Festival. This inaugural event will showcase AAPI cinema by presenting a wide variety of films made by Asian and Pacific Islander filmmakers and artists and will include an inaugural awards ceremony. This event lifts up AAPI voices and empowers emerging artists to share their experiences, challenge perspectives, and celebrate their heritage and culture. The NM Asian Film Festival will take place during the NM Asian Expo & Marketplace, a two-day event that celebrates and elevates AAPI-owned businesses in New Mexico.
Submissions are now open. Deadline to submit a film for consideration for this year's event is June 15, 2022.

The goal of the event is to build visibility and awareness of AAPI businesses in the community. As creative director, we’re creating an experience for our AAPI community celebrating commerce and prosperity. We’re also curating opportunities for AAPI businesses through B2B introductions, educational programming, and more.
