We are so excited about the first ever MBAR series of adventure races and we know you are too! Unfortunately, Mother Nature …. not so much. Due to the extreme flooding in Manitoba this spring, we are forced to postpone our first race scheduled for June 4, 2022 at LaBarriere Park.
We are pushing the first event at La Barriere Park back from June 4th to Sunday, July 17th. Our second event at Grand Beach will push back from July 16th to August 20th, while the 3rd event at Birds Hill Park remains the same on October 15th.
Race #1: La Barriere Park - July 17, 2022
Race #2: Grand Beach Provincial Park - August 20, 2022
Race #3: Birds Hill Provincial Park - October 15, 2022
We feel this is the best solution for the safety of all given the spring we have had. Can’t wait to see you out there and hey…it’s more time to train, convince your friends, family or co-workers to join you!
Early Bird registration will also be extended until July 2, two weeks before the start of the first race at La Barriere Park on July 17.
If you or your race partner are already registered, no worries, we will move your current registrations to the new dates. If you need to make changes to your registration, head back to your Eventbrite account. If for any reason these dates, once confirmed, will not work for you-please reach out to us at registration@swampdonkeyar.com.
