All the latest news and updates for PIM

Hello <<First Name>>,

Some absolutely fantastic time-saving and productivity tools are now available in the latest version of PIM.

Cirrus8 ‘Ad-Hoc Inspections ‘ Just released!
Need to capture meeting notes and photos on-site for unexpected inspections? Ad-Hoc Inspections is a new inspection template that allows you to create a professional report and push the completed report back to Cirrus8. Ideal for site visits such as maintenance checking, incident reports, and owner meetings – in fact – you’re in control of what’s included.

Upload Inspection Reports with more photos into Chintaro
We’ve upgraded the interface between Chintaro and PIM to allow you to import larger reports with more photos – ideal for Property Condition Reports and Compliance Reports

Want to take photos on a different device and then import them into PIM?
Add Photos from DropBox, OneDrive, iCloud, or even your own cloud servers into your inspection reports. Perfect if you’re working on a Condition Report as a team or if you need to include additional photos, floor plans, or illustrations in your inspection reports.

Watch this space!
We’re working on the PIM online dashboard. Over the next quarter, we’ll be rolling out our solution for managing Virtual Inspections, Paperless workflow for condition reports, and using PIM for outsourcing.

Keep using the flexibility and usability of PIM and gain the benefits of a simple solution to your digital workflow needs. It’s a winner!

All the best from the PIM Team
