Collectively we have seen over the last two years the mess we are in as a world. Grief is overwhelming, mental health is suffering, and we have more questions than answers. What so many of us reading this email know is when we have questions, we can find comfort, peace, and love in Jesus. As student ministry pastors, we have found time and time again the truth that takes root in a student’s heart during camp has the power to change the rest of their lives.
We want as many students as possible to join us for camp this year. We have put the bulk of our budget towards lowering the cost for camp, but it is still more expensive than it ever has been. When you contribute to the camp scholarship fund, you are helping another teenager get away from their daily routine and be in a place to connect with God and other people who love God. They get to be in an environment that encourages them to move toward what is best for them. It provides space and opportunity to be brave and try something new. It can connect them with the love of Jesus for all eternity.
Thank you for giving to the camp scholarship fund. Thank you for supporting students on their journey to Pursue God, Engage in Community, and Make a Difference. You are making a difference when you make camp possible.
