NEW DATES FOR THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY & EXTENSION OF RELATED DEADLINES
To participate in the General Assembly, that means voting and/or running for the board, we need to receive your annual membership fee (minimum 20 euro) by May 23, 23:59 CET, so we suggest you to pay it by 22 May.
Campaigns for President and Board members can be posted on the dedicated forum on the website until 22 May 2021, 23:59 CEST.
The General Assembly of the EMAlumni Association will take place from 26 May 2022, 11 am CET to 6 June 2022, 11:59 pm CET. You will have the opportunity to elect a new President, new Board members, learn more about our activities and of course candidate yourself to be elected to join the board.
GA voting starts: 26 May 2022, 11:00 CET
GA voting closes: 6 June 2022, 23:59 CET
We'll send instructions to supportive members on May 26.
Elected President and Board members will be invited to join our in-person board meeting on 2/3 July in Brussels.
We have also created a discussion forum for general questions and comments regarding the General Assembly.
Important: The forums are hosted in the new (under construction) website of the EMAlumni Association, make sure to Register and Login to be able post your campaign and use the forums.
