Arts Atlantic Symposium - Call for Projects
We invite artists, arts collectives, curators, scholars, or arts professionals from any arts discipline to submit proposals for presentations, performances, temporary installations, interventions, or workshops on the broad theme of FUTURE POSSIBLE and the questions listed above. This is a paid opportunity with the possibility of additional funding for travel and materials. We are hosting a free online information session about the Call for Projects on Wednesday, May 18, 5:30 PM ADT (register by emailing symposium@artslinknb.com).

GIRLS+ ROCK CAMP 2022
Charlotte Street Arts Centre is pleased to announce the return of Girls+ Rock Camp! This six day camp is for girls, trans and gender creative youth from ages 11 to 18. This camp aims to give youth the opportunity to learn a new instrument (or new techniques on an old one) and express themselves in creative and artistic ways. AMAZING facilitators will guide and coach the campers through a week that is designed to build confidence, leadership and teamwork skills.
2021 Camp Dates are August 8th-12th (9am to 4pm) and the showcase will be during the evening of August 13th at 7pm at The Playhouse.

FLOURISH Festival is BACK!
Returning to a fully in-person event, Fredericton, New Brunswick’s FLOURISH Festival has shared its initial lineup, announcing Living Hour, Eve Parker Finley, Keeper E, LXVNDR, Diner Drugs, Nick Schofield, and Awala-Wabanaki. With an expanded 5-day festival schedule across 20+ venues, the 2022 edition will feature dozens of creative disciplines, including installation, fashion, music, drag, film, and visual art.
