Nominate your favorite rural health Volunteer, Professional, or Program for the Arizona Health Service Awards

The Arizona Rural Health Service Awards honor outstanding rural health volunteers, professionals, and programs for their dedication and commitment to improving the health of rural residents of our state. Each year the Arizona Rural Health Association (AzRHA) recognizes the award winners at the annual Arizona Rural Health Conference. This year, the conference will be held on June 14 and 15, both virtually and in-person at the High-Country Conference Center in Flagstaff, Arizona. The recipients will be recognized at the conference luncheon on June 14 and will receive a free one-year membership in the Arizona Rural Health Association as well as a beautiful award plaque.
