Greetings Scholars!

Today is World Turtle Day 🐢! It is day to bring awareness to the importance of turtles and tortoises. You might want to celebrate by going outdoors to "join other people in turtle-like attires and walk around the streets".

We have a Communication Working Group (WG) meeting on Wednesday. All Scholars are welcome to join in our discussion around how we communicate externally and internally at Ronin.

Is Math & Physics your thing? At this week's meeting, the CAMP Interest Group Plus (IG+) will have a presentation on covariant compactification.

The Ronin Women's IG+ is hosting an almost weekly Let's Write! session. All Scholars are welcome to join in a 2-hour session most Fridays where we work on meeting some of our personal writing goals.

Please check your email for a Ronin Institute Membership Renewal email that you should have received around May 10th. This renewal application is due by JULY 1, 2022. If we do not receive this renewal request from you by this date, we will de-activate your membership. If you did not receive this email, please let me know. Please note that we have additional Office Hours on the calendar if anyone wants to talk about this new process and our membership agreements.

Have a great week!

- Arika

All events are on our Ronin calendar (add the Google Calendar). If you want to add something to this Weekly Update that you think Ronin Scholars would be interested in, please reach out via weekly.update@ronininstitute.org
