We are too busy. We're always stressed. We tell ourselves that if we just get through [insert imaginary milestone here], we'll be calm and happy. But inevitably more things pop up, and we find ourselves in an endless loop of stress, without ever reaching that elusive, happy balance.

In this session, we'll learn how to be pragmatic, focused, and HAPPY, all while being insanely productive.

Learn how to calendar more effectively
Learn how to better manage your inbox
Learn about "flow state," and how to achieve it
Learn how to intentionally prioritize happiness

The deadline to submit for this year's ILEA Esprit Awards is
Tuesday, May 31st.

Consider submitting for a 2022 ILEA Esprit Award but don't know if you qualify?

ANYONE can enter the 2022 ILEA Esprit Awards Competition. ANY events that have occurred between January 1, 2021 - December 31, 2021 are eligible to be submitted to the competition.
