Get some fresh air with the latest on APN

As we march on through Mental Health Month, we're gathering tips for keeping the mind in check. One of our fave ways to get happy is to get the heck outside, and with some much-needed rain this past week, it's looking like the long weekend will finally usher in the "green" in Alberta's green spaces. (Not to forget all the orange and red we're seeing out there — we hear there's some sort of battle happening?)

This May long is looking to be one for the record books, with clear skies and many a grateful gardener readying the yard for planting season. With that, the APN team has got a playlist of all-new episodes for your nature-loving adventures. Soak up some rays, and let good vibes in.

This week's playlist is ready for your listening pleasure. For full details on the latest episodes, check out the roundup on the APN blog
