Hey <<First Name>>,

As educators, we know that school is a significant part of our students’ social lives, where much of young people’s emotional development occurs.

However, teaching and integrating social and emotional learning (SEL) in the classroom can be challenging. We believe that approaching SEL with dignity as a foundation allows for a principle-based approach that can teach students how to think instead of what to think.

We have written a blog that discusses the different facets of SEL in the classroom—focusing on why SEL is important right now and how it can be incorporated into your routine as teachable moments.

SEL Training Online

Teaching and implementing Social and Emotional Learning concepts can be difficult.

To help educators, we are running an Owning Up Online Training. This four-day program will help educators like you to:

  • Understand the basics of social and emotional learning
  • Increase a sense of belonging in your classroom.
  • Feel more prepared, comfortable, and confident in implementing the Owning Up curriculum
  • Absorb new information in a way that allows for growth and relief rather than as an obstacle.
