"Make a Seed Bomb" at Former Governors' Mansion State Historic Site 


BISMARCK, N.D. – “Make a Seed Bomb” will be hosted by the Former Governors' Mansion State Historic Site on Tuesday, May 31, from 2 to 4 p.m. All supplies will be provided to make seed bombs used to sow the seeds of plants that support insect pollinators. Cookies and lemonade will be served. The event will be outdoors and is free of charge. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

The Former Governors’ Mansion, located at 320 East Ave. B, Bismarck, is managed by the State Historical Society of North Dakota. Admission is free. The mansion is currently open Monday-Friday, 10 a.m.-5 p.m., and Saturday-Sunday, 12-4 p.m. To make an appointment outside of regular hours, phone 701.328.9528 or email jcampbell@nd.gov.
