The MBL was pleased to welcome Noubar Afeyan, co-founder and chairman of Moderna and founder and CEO of Flagship Pioneering, to an interactive discussion titled “Creating the Future of Biotechnology.”
 

This lively forum for journalists and scientists was presented in recognition of the 35th anniversary of the Logan Science Journalism Program at MBL. Leading the discussion with Dr. Afeyan was Maryn McKenna, senior writer at WIRED and advisor to the Logan Science Journalism Program.
