Coming Up at NPC

Dear NPC Family,

In our fast paced world if we are not paying attention we can experience drift rapidly. We can look up and realize we are not where we wanted to be. The currents of modern life are moving so fast it is easy to get swept up and away by so many things vying for our time and attention. If we don’t have a destination in mind we will simply be pulled by the currents where they want to take us.

This Sunday we are finishing up our sermon series “Growing UP: Maturing Spiritually and Emotionally in Christ.” We will be looking at “Staying on Course in the Currents of Life.” How can we continue on this trajectory of growth and not drift? What practices and structures do we see in Scripture that can help us to continue to mature and grow? And I will share one of my all-time favorite children’s stories with you! You don’t want to miss out.

Meet at:          Northminster Presbyterian Church
Time:              Meeting at 7:00 am (to make lunches)
  Leaving the church at 8:30 am.
We will be returning by 5:00 pm
Lunch will be provided. Please bring your own snacks and water.
