I'm doing something out of the ordinary today with this email. I hope you don't mind. I wanted to share some personal news. I had the chance to collaborate on creative ideas and illustrate for a new docuseries that just landed on Netflix this week.
Keep Sweet: Pray and Obey is now available for streaming. It is a dark and serious 4 part series, for mature audiences. Each episode shares the turmoil of the FLDS church under the power of Warren Jeffs.
This project was a stretch for me — creatively challenging and technically exciting to work on. I am grateful for this opportunity — to have a small part in helping tell this story. My hope is this series allows the victims to heal and gives voice to those who were oppressed and silenced.
