"Passing the Torch"
1 Timothy 4:6-16

One generation "passes the torch" to another. As Juneteenth and Father's Day coincide, there is opportunity to reflect on those who have gone before in the ongoing generational struggle for freedom and self determination. It also happens to be the feast of "The Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ" (Corpus Christi) in the Roman Catholic calendar. Come and join in digging deep into the connections among these great mysteries. Living Stream board member Daniel Finkbiner will be our guest preacher.

Worship online with Living Stream Church of the Brethren on Sunday at 5:00 pm Pacific time; 6:00 pm Mountain time; 7:00 pm Central time; and 8:00 pm Eastern time. Or you may access the recorded archives of our worship at www.LivingStreamCoB,org any time that suits your schedule.

Board acts to purchase new broadcast/streaming computers
At its recent meeting your Living Stream board voted to replace all four of our broadcast/streaming computers.  Recognizing that the ones currently in use are approximately 61/2  years old, the board felt that it is time to replace them with equipment that is current and will serve us at least five years into the future. This is a capital expense, equivalent to that faced by a "bricks and mortar" congregation which faces building and mainteneance expenses. At the same time the board made a plan to set aside $1500.00 per year in the budget for future computer replacements.
This purchase of four computers will cost $6,540.00 which will significantly reduce our bank balance. Thus any special donations will be especially welcome at this time. We are grateful for your regular and faithful financial support of Living Stream.  Contributions are welcome
online by PayPal or by mail to Living Stream CoB, 500 N Emerson Ave Apt 413, Wenatchee, WA 98801-6638.

Going to Omaha? Join us at the Living Stream booth!
For those who are attending Annual Conference, we'd be glad to have some Living Streamers be at our booth during exhibit hall times (not during business or worship), simply to be able to greet people who stop by the booth, and to answer questions and share about our congregation. If you are able and willing to hang out by our booth for an hour or two, please let us know by writing to tech@LivingStreamCoB.org to let us know!  Thank you!
Annual Conference Business Volunteers Wanted
If you are not a delegate to Annual Conference, but still going to Omaha, please consider being volunteer to help those online be part of the business!  The Annual Conference Office has requested that we arrange for a handful of folks who can stand-ins for virtual participants, taking a question they may have posed in the chat up to the microphone line to share on their behalf.  For more information and/or to volunteer, please write to Pastor Enten at tech@LivingStreamCOB.org.
Commissioning for Annual Conference
As a part of our worship service on July 3 we will be commssioning Daniel Finkbiner, our delegate to Conference and others from Living Stream for service at Annual Conference.
Family Camp at Camp Myrtlewood
Family Camp 2022 will be July 19-24. This year's theme is “The Little Things”.  We’ll be bringing back the Camp Family groups this year. Each camper will be part of a “Camp Family” to participate in team building exercises, share one meal together each day, and get to know a little bit more about our community members. We’ll have crafts, games, songs, campfire and all the other little joys that Camp has to offer. We do not yet have a keynote speaker, but are open to suggestions.  Would you like to be involved with Camp activities this year? Please contact us to let us know your interest! You can reach Morgan Woods at
