documenta fifteen

Blue Curry will be the first of nine artists in residence with the Alice Yard collective during the 100 days of documenta fifteen. He will be responding sculpturally and collaborating with the many participating groups and artists in Kassel, Germany while also presenting the ongoing co-curated project Out of Place with artist Chris Cozier.

Taking place every five years, this iteration of the documenta art exhibition brings together community-oriented groups, organisations, and institutions from around the world to work collectively and share resources during the 100 days of documenta: June 18 - Sept 25, 2022.

Alice Yard, founded in 2006, is a contemporary art collective and network based at Granderson Lab in Belmont, Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago. Currently administered by Sean Leonard, Christopher Cozier, Nicholas Laughlin, and Kriston Chen, Alice Yard operates with an ethos of self-determination, generosity, spontaneity, and friendship.
