Beloved Yoga Friends,
The concept of being grounded refers to a feeling of being stable, at ease, and consciously present. When we feel grounded, we are able to accept and let go of challenging moments throughout the day and are not so easily influenced by others’ ideas or feelings. We feel deeply rooted and at peace with our true nature.
Being Grounded:
- Brings you into the present moment
- Strengthens your sense of self-worth and purpose
- Cultivates deep trust in yourself
- Allows you to feel connected to nature
- Maintains balance
- Creates space for mindfulness
Yoga, meditation, and walking in nature are grounding practices that bring us back into the present moment and allow us to feel calm, balanced, and alive.
