Thanks to all who came out for planting this past week! We found ourselves in Scio Township on a 5 acre property, out on the west side of Ann Arbor, and our first time in Northfield Township. It’s an honor being invited to create ecology in so many different places and to meet so many wonderful people. This week should prove just as wonderful as we turn most of our attention to Ypsilanti. And we’re having our first Planting Party of the year this Tuesday evening.
So… come plant with us and get some of that positive energy!

Bring garden tools (shovels, spades, trowels, etc) if you have them. We are slowly building up our inventory and hope to be able to provide all of our tools soon. We will happily accept tool donations.

Park in Driveway. Meet in front. This property has Phragmites australis in a wetland behind the house. This common invasive species makes life difficult for those trying to restore their native ecosystems. We won’t mess with the Phrag this time but it’s good to learn about it.
