We are so excited to host our first community event! Please join us any time between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. TOMORROW - June 4 at Butterfield Park District (Corner Rt. 53 and Butterfield Rd.) for live music, a bike decorating contest and a tour of the potential trail alignments. RSVP for our FREE community event: the more RSVPs we have, the better we can accommodate you! Learn more and RSVP to let us know when you prefer to take a quick trail alignment tour.

What the Heck is EBDRT?
The East Branch DuPage River Trail (EBDRT) is a long-planned, but never fully funded hike/bike trail that runs north/south through the central part of DuPage County. The trail route is not finalized but roughly runs along the East Branch of the DuPage River which is roughly parallel on the west side of IL highway 355. The trail when it is completed is envisioned to connect the Illinois Prairie Path to the Great Western Trail and the Morton Arboretum so those seeking to travel between these three great community amenities can do so without traveling on streets shared by automobiles.
