JOIN OUR TRICARE ADVOCACY UPDATE ON MONDAY
Attendees will be equipped with information to share with their legislators and guidance on ways to ethically engage with TRICARE policymakers.

Through strategic collaboration and aligned messaging, provider concerns can be systematically scaled.

BACKGROUND:

Significant changes to the TRICARE Operations Manual (TOM) policies pertaining to the Autism Care Demonstration (ACD) program occurred in early 2021:
  • There are limited billable activities permitted for code 97155;
  • Service settings are restricted to homes and clinics;
  • Adaptive daily living skills are excluded as treatment targets;
  • An average decrease of 3% in the reimbursement rate for code 97153 was implemented on May 1, 2022.
DURING MONDAY'S WEBINAR, WE WILL:
  • Provide an overview of current advocacy strategies;
  • Discuss current requests being shared with key legislators;
  • Provide easy-to-use advocacy tools and a framework for grassroots efforts.

This webinar offers 1 BACB Ethics CEU.
